Recently, we were on the ‘potential client’ end of a discovery call, and let us tell you… it was BAD. Like, shockingly bad. Thankfully, the people we had the call with weren’t social media managers, or in our social media world, but honestly – perhaps we ought to broaden the target audience of the toolkit so that other service providers can learn how to do a great discovery call too?! 

We don’t want to spoil any of the juicy details – it’s a real story time in today’s episode.
