We’re keen advocates of niching – that’s finding a small chunk of the world who your business serves specifically – and when it comes to niching, we think the niche-ier the better!

Of course, we understand that it can feel pretty scary niching down and like you might be cutting yourself off to potential clients, but what you’ll find actually happens is people are so much more attracted to working with you because you’re speaking directly to them.

We believe that there are four main ways of niching your business down (you’ll have to listen to the episode to find them out!) and we actually think that combining them is the best way to go. When we niched our businesses down originally, we both picked a different one of the four ways, but if we had to niche down all over again, we’d choose an even niche-ier option!

So, if you’re sick of reading the word niche, get ready to hear it multiple times all over again and finally choose your niche in today’s episode!

In this episode, we’re chatting about:

  • Why niching was the best thing we ever did for our businesses (even though we did it differently)
  • The reason that niching will make your marketing so much easier
  • The four main ways of niching
  • Finding the language that your audience likes (don’t call Laura Davis a mompreneur!)
